Welcome to the new SOPA ~ now serving authentic Italian cuisine.  We are proud to present our new menu created by Chicago native and award-winning Chef Jerry Navarro, prepared by Chef de Cuisine Moises Vidaurre.

The two chefs have combined their passion for Italian cuisine so that the good people of Highwood, IL and the surrounding areas, can enjoy what is the essence of “la vita bella Italiana!”

This limited menu is only a “sneak peek” of some of the classics and more well known foods of Italian descent.  However, in the very near future, you will know the deeper foods of la cucina Italiana.
