SOPA is a Spanish fine dining restaurant in Bangkok,
designed for guests who seek more than a traditional tasting menu.
The Monster Table is a private group dining experience
where the chef creates a sharing menu inspired by Spain’s 17 regions.
Dishes are served in large formats, meant to be shared at one table.
This experience is created for celebration,
not for individual portions or comparison.
A Spanish Sharing Experience for Private Groups

Guests may select one Spanish region in advance.
The chef then designs a new sharing menu for each table,
based on season and ingredient availability.
Menus are never repeated.
