ABOUT SÓPA

SÓPA is a Spanish fine dining restaurant in Bangkok created as the personal culinary expression of Chef Capper.

The restaurant presents an intimate tasting experience inspired by the culinary heritage of Spain, combining exceptional Spanish ingredients with the chef’s contemporary interpretation.

Each course highlights carefully selected ingredients sourced directly from Spain, including Carabineros from the Spanish coast, Blue Lobster from Galicia, and Iberico pork raised in the oak forests of the Iberian Peninsula.

With only a small number of guests served each evening, the experience allows the chef to prepare every dish with attention, precision, and care.

Through SÓPA, he presents his personal interpretation of Spanish cuisine, combining carefully sourced ingredients from Spain with contemporary culinary technique.

Every dish served at SÓPA is prepared personally by the chef.

inspired by winter in Spain.

This is the most refined expression of our cuisine.
A journey across regions, ingredients, and technique —

🇪🇸 Spanish Steak Season · March – November

From March to November, SÓPA transforms into a Spanish Steak & Seafood House,
bringing the essence of Spain directly to your table.

We source our beef exclusively from Spain —
including Rubia Gallega, one of the most prestigious breeds,
known for its deep flavour, natural fat, and exceptional character.

Each cut is selected by the chef,
aged to enhance its intensity,
and finished over fire to unlock its full expression.

This is not just steak —
this is how Spain celebrates beef.
