Spanish À La Carte Dining in Bangkok at SÓPA
SÓPA is known for its Spanish 17-Region Experience, a monthly journey through Spain in which one region becomes the inspiration for each new menu.
However, the tasting experience is not the only way to dine at SÓPA.
Guests looking for Spanish à la carte dining in Bangkok can also reserve a table and select individual dishes.
One example is our Black Ink Fideuà, prepared with Spanish Blue Lobster, Camarón Rojo and Goose Barnacle.
Rather than presenting the dish as an individual plated course, the Fideuà arrives at the table in its pan, ready to be shared.
This reflects something we value about Spanish dining: food is not only about what is cooked, but also about the people sharing it around the table.
Two Ways to Experience SÓPA
Guests can choose the Spanish 17-Region Experience, our nine-course private dining menu at THB 6,900 net per guest, with a minimum booking of eight guests.
Alternatively, À La Carte is also available for guests who prefer to choose individual dishes.
